For the Florida Children’s Museum program “Creative Touch,” I invite children to interact with removable felt animal shapes for hands-on storytelling. The scene depicts Florida marshes and iconic animals: anhinga, alligator, manatee, snake, panther, turtle, and swan. Lakeland—often called “Swan City” for its swan population—provides local context and a connection to place. This project fosters creative storytelling and a playful connection to nature. |
